Can I customize HIVE360?
Of course, while HIVE360 is an open assessment framework, there is core functionality we've developed to help with the creation of your own assessment templates, whether you are performing an internal audit, inspection, checklist or 5S assessment.
Any audits, gates, categories or questions you define, can be saved as templates to be used by other team members or for your next audit.

How Secure is my data?
The HIVE360 platform was developed with the strictest of security available, to ensure your data is secure.
Our development platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, complies to ISO27001 and GDPR. In addition we use Row-Level Security (RLS), role based security, data encryption "at rest" and "in-transit".

What about reports?
You can generate reports based on the audits you have performed, along with requesting AI summaries of the audit and dashboards, all generated into a concise PDF document which you can view, download and email to the team instantly.

How often do you upgrade the platform?
Our development plans are an ongoing effort, as we gain feedback from the HIVE360 community and our own teams experience working with the platform. We have a development roadmap of what new features and enhancements we want to incorporate, which we push to our users on a regular basis.
